2009 DCMR Title 11- Zoning Regulations now available

The Office of Zoning (OZ) is pleased to announce the release of the new and updated Zoning Regulations. The updated regulations are published and hosted by the Office of Documents and Administrative Issuances (ODAI) and they include up-to-date text amendments formerly noted in OZ’s website as Errata and Addenda publications. The new regulations have been made more accessible by subdividing chapters into practical sections. That feature will allow a viewer to click into one section and/or to click section-by-section depending on the “need to know.” The regulations remain searchable and the PDF documents include a “Find” feature. ODAI and the City Secretary’s office are working to post full chapters of the regulations which we will provide access to in the very near future.
